A dilapidated bungalow in Devon is being refurbished into a vibrant family home following funding from �鶹�ƽ��.

Based in the North East, one of the UK’s newest banks provided a residential bridging solution to experienced developers, Bobbins & Flo Developments.

The developers needed the deal completing as quickly and efficiently as possible so turned to �鶹�ƽ�� who have produced impressive turnaround times all year.

Through �鶹�ƽ��’s proactive approach, it only took two weeks from solicitor instruction to full completion, which met the required timescales for the customer.
